Center channel speakers: S35 vs S35e

Hello.
I want to buy an slim center channel and after reading some reviews the S35 or S35e seems to be my favorite.
But I am worried about the differences between these 2 models.
Seems that the S35 has a Frequency Response of 53 Hz to 40 kHz and the S35e has a Frequency Response of 70 Hz to 40 kHz.
That's a huge difference in bass reproduction but all other specifications seems to be identical, except the weigh 6.4Kg and 6.3Kg.
Do you think that these Frequency Response values are correct?
Do you know if there is any other difference between these 2 models?

S35e is euro model do not believe it's sold in the U.S.A.
Most folks send anything below 80hz to the subwoofer. -

I'm located in Europe.
But I do not understand that two speakers with same size, number and diameter of speakers, manufacturer, price, etc. one can play a frequency of 53Hz and the other 70Hz.
Could be that the way to measure the Hz is different on USA and EU? For example, on one continent can validate a frequency if only reproduce a quantity of dB and on the other continent it is necessary to reproduce a greater minimum of DB's ?
Also seems not easy to reproduce a frequency so low as 53Hz with a small speaker. Do you thing that this value is "real"?

I can't speculate what they do or do not do in Europe. Yes they may force manufactures to play by different rules over there.

Will you be using a subwoofer in your system? If so the crossover setting will be cross out the 70hz and below2-channel: Modwright KWI-200 Integrated, Dynaudio C1-II Signatures

I wouldnt expect bass performance to differ much if at all. Might have just been measured differently. It shouldnt make any real world difference. I normally set the crossover filter at around 120hz for the S35.

Yes. I have a SW. My receiver permits limit 80Hz and below. The next low setting is 60Hz. -

Yes. Seems that the S35e is a "tuned" or "improved" version of the S35. Strange improvement to reproduce 53Hz and "improves" it to 70Hz.
I suppose that are different rules to measure and, as you say, it shouldnt make any real world difference. -

In any which case - the woofers are 3" drivers. Cross it at 120hz so you don't strain the drivers and to ensure good power handling and dynamics.

For the s35 and s35e, you should be using 120hz.
