Anyone know how Joey_V is?

The thread about tonyb got me to wondering about a few others, Joey included, and a check of his wall shows last active May 20.
I know he's probably busier than a one-armed paper hanger and probably has very little time for audio or this place, but I hope he's OK. Anyone speak to him on FB or other social media?
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

    I've been wondering too.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Actually, I was wondering how much Covid-19 has affected him. His last posts were that it wasn’t rampant in his area, but I suspect that has changed.

I’m sure he hasn’t slept in the past 4 weeks with how Texas is right now.

Once this is over, he’ll have a Bugatti that he calls his beater and a G6 loaded with B&W speakers.

He has been active on Facebook (liking posts) but from what I gather, they are slammed at the hospital.

That's quite an unusual last name.
    Must be Irish.

Cool. Welcome back. Vanilla has given a few of us the same problem. Hope the hospital work continues to ease up. Enjoy the new gear.

Thx guys, finishing up a shift right now.
1 more night shift then I'm off (my usual 3 nights for the month).
In addition to my wife... my 6yo Emma texts me at work nowadays, makes it harder to focus on work, would rather be home.
In other news, very excited for the new to me preamp. Hopefully it will be end state for a while. It arrives Thursday.

    Who?

When I read "Joey" in the thread title, I thought maybe it was that kangaroo, but then I remembered his name was "Skippy".

Unfortunately, Skippy passed away after being stung by a toxic peach wasp during filming..

......or was it from a venmous gopher ?
    Radioactive snail ?
Heck, one of the 10,000 dangerous critters down there got good ol' Skippy.
