Selling my 706C

Options
Yeah I know.

So I was going to build a stand. Got the A1 Birch with trim and just never got around to making a stand for it. One reason is the 704C sounds darn good so I put it off. I have since used the wood for other projects.

I just see it sitting there in the box, it needs a good home. I'm not open for shipping but can do a little road trip.

Asking on CL $500.... you guys know what I paid so $300 on here.

When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

Putting all of those unrelated tags in a Craigslist ad is bad form.

I know but it helps. When I didn't use tags stuff sat there. Add tags and stuff sells.

When people search for audio related items his add will show up in the results. So if someone searched say "JBL" his add will show up.

Great price though. I'd love to upgrade my 704c to a 706c. Just not the right time for me.

I disagree. His add contains product information, a link to more info about the products and audio related tags.

One can always search by Title if they want more exact hits.

Had he put Maytag, Ford, Tama, Trek, Dell, Bosch, John Deer, Nike, Stanley, etc in an audio related ad then that could be considered "bad form."

Anyway, I sure did like the 706c when I had one. GLWTS!

You just wrote "add" with 2 D's instead of "ad", which is the abbreviated form of "advertisement". Therefore your argument is invalid.

Aw shucks! I actually saw my mistake but forgot to correct it...was multitasking/working from home at the time. So my argument IS invalid.

HOWEVER, there's always the advice and feedback of others: https://lmgtfy.com/?q=add+tags+to+craigslist

    That's a great deal Loren.
I paid $850 for my Polk Ebay refurb before all the deals hit.

So 4 months to the date I sold the beast.

I got $450 for it on offer up. Considering I got this speaker from the Adorama blow out I made a little.

Guy I sold it to was happy for a perfect new in box speaker cheaper the used are going for on Amazon.

Now what to upgrade.... Warehouse AVR needs a refresh from the 20 year old Sony referb
