Lastly, I would like to post all the PMs I received in support...

I am staying out of this because I have better things to do right now, like going through my junk mail again but I must say. Every time I have seen someone throughout history here at Club Polk post this quote above, it's like a bright, blue Bat signal shining up in the sky that warns everyone of someone posting complete BS.

Now, back to more important things.

Ouch....yet no reasoning or examples. Just more mild mannered insults. Your position is we are over reacting about the virus and have done everything we possiblely can to get it under control. I disagree and think the worst is yet to come, resuming "normal life" by Easter is a mistake, and we wasted time claiming there was no threat in roughly the months of Jan. and part of February. So we disagree on these points....it makes me a 'moron', or Forrest Gump...which is it...and why does a disagreement make someone a moron?

You are the one assigning yourself a label. Nobody ever called you a moron, and all I did was pick up on the personal descriptor you selected. I wouldn't want to offend of course.

Clever play on words there....so Forrest Gump wouldn't be synonymous with a moron. Steve from your posse so subtlety called me a moron by saying 'any moron can second guess...' So I will throw out the word 'moron' and go with Forrest Gump for now. Because we have differing opinions, I fit the description of Forrest Gump? (aka a 'moron' in some ways...)

First CV-19 death in Nebr. announced today, was a real estate agent in his early sixties. Died at home in his sleep on 3/24. Family previously said he had a heart attack. Results back today confirmed CV-19. He was in the business 35 years, super nice, everybody loved him, very sociable, generous... He managed a large team and worked with his son. Worked in a building with 500+ other agents. He always was all around town. Very sad. :'(

Too early to know. This news was put out by emails from real estate broker/managers within the past two hours. There will be lots of real estate offices closing down now with no access even by agents. Many offices have already been closed to public access. I work from home. This will be tough for many other agents that work at his office and elsewhere. Stay safe everyone.
