Wow, what a face-palm moment. Where's the "are you kidding me" emoji? No wonder that state is an F'n mess.

Closing everything, and then telling people they can't go out is going to lead to riots. How are people suppose to get food? Now that the selfish morons have emptied the grocery. I know how the hell I would get food, and I'd have my pal "sprinkles" with me.

Steve, I may be incorrect and I'm quite sure one of the SJW's on this board will correct me if I am even remotely incorrect or slightly misleading at this point but from what I understand, people can still shop for food, go to the doctors/hospital or go to and from work for critical infrastructure. It's not a "total lock down".

So, "do not go out" doesn't really mean "do not go out." Got'cha---very California.

My "face palm" comment was in response to Bud's "glowing" review of Newsom.

Correct. I need to go and get my tax done, and stop at the grocery store for food and beer.

    Illinois too now.

Just saw the government is giving 300 billion in guaranteed loans to small businesses under duress from this virus.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong but......how is a business suppose to take out a loan when you mandate their customers stay home ? Am I missing something here ?

I honestly wish they would do it in Colorado, so we can get it over with, because I know Polis loves California, and wants nothing more but for Colorado to become it, so I am sure he will follow suit...

I don't like Newsom but I think he is at least trying to help every CA resident right now.

As for the stay at home order, good luck. I had the worst traffic of the week today, took 45 minutes to dive to work and about the same home. Store parking lots looked packed with lines out side. they are only letting in so many at a time.

They are not trying to stop the spread but slow it down as much as possible.
When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

I believe Illinois and New York are shut down as well. Non-essential places.

Watched Cuomo from New York briefing this morning. Loved his message to the spring breakers and the younger aged people in general. He had to say things that the idiot parents dare not say to their children.

Not about politics here. He is spot on.
