    Neil has really put on the pounds, and let himself go, as he has gotten older. I guess he can still rock, but a fat guy rocking just doesn’t look right. He recently married Daryl Hannah, so that might be why he changed citizenship and now has to pay our taxes.

    I like Neil when he rocks, but that seems to be older music. I haven’t followed him over the years, but every once in a while he is in Rolling Stone.

    I saw him solo acoustic last year about this same time, late January and it was -20 with a wind chill of almost -50 below - and he came out and said "when's winter coming?" He puts on one h*ll of a frickin' solo acoustic show. The last time I saw him solo acoustic before that was maybe ten years ago I'm guessing and it was a top ten all time show - and I've seen hundreds and hundreds of acts over the years since the early 70's! I'm reading his memoir right now about music and cars. He says he started working out with a personal trainer some years ago and still does. Hard to believe by the photo with his citizenship papers. Apparently, he drove for years without a license. Seen him electric also, and with C,S,N & Y, but prefer the solo acoustic. By the way, when I've seen him with C,S,N & Y he is a class above and that is saying something.

    I have to admit, and I have before, that I'm biased favorably towards Neil Young.
    I couldn't disagree more strongly with some of his "views" but if he came out on stage and poured "yellow water" out of a boot I'd still consider it a success.
    One thing that can be said for Neil Young is that doesn't change his beliefs to gain favor with other people.
