Alabama Shakes! I was turned onto them a few years ago. I have their two studio albums and saw a couple live performances on AxisTV that blew me away. Lately, nothing.

    Giving it a spin. Hold On is the song that introduced me to them and sounds super sweet on the SDA's. Listening to the rest of the album to see if it is as catchy. Brittany Howard has some chops on her.

    I saw the Brittany Howard solo release as well. Pretty sure it’s a new release, but could be wrong. I need to give it a listen regardless.

    I hope Alabama Shakes puts out another album. I like both of their previous releases.
