Tom morello - can't stop the bleeding, with Gary Clark. About 2:45 an electronic dubstep type mix kicks in and it literally feels like you are going through a time warp with front to back panning, immersive is an understatement

Owe it to yourself to check it out

I haven't really liked Tom Morello ever since he beat me on Guitar Hero...multiple times :D But I like this song!

Yep. This rocks. Never heard of him till now . . . Thanks Trey

I just picked up my 1st streamer and my 30 day Tidal trial is coming to an end soon. Lots of goodies out there, but finding the gems is the challenge, as there seems to be way more crap piled on the diamonds in the rough!

ps I prefer the Atlas Underground instrumental album best

I've found the best luck finding new stuff going through tidal rising albums. Oddly enough I've found a ton of good stuff there. The rising tracks is usually littered with rap and minimal music I enjoy.

    Will check out atlas!

That was pretty cool. Morello has some interesting stuff and collaborations.

This type of stuff always take's me back to the old Chesky Test CD's. The 'General Image and Resolution Test' track from the Best Of Chesky Jazz And More Audiophile Tests Volume 2 album from '92 was a memorable effect on CD back in the day. They placed a mic center stage in an auditorium. Several percussionist march from the seat area up to one side of the stage, they pass the front of the mic, then around the microphone, then exit out the back and close the door. Pretty wild effect.

Also, being a drummer I found this Lenny White, Jamey Haddad, Mark Sherman track pretty cool. Its titled 'Stank' from the Explorations in Space and Time album.
