Started retirement May 1st, and haven't done squat since then. I did join a gym this week, and went Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. First time since mid-April, I have worked out. Now I am ready to drink beer and listen to music all night. Of course, I am so tired from working out, it might be short night. Oh well, there is always tomorrow night. :)

Feels like it. Usually I get energized from drinking beer, but after two I am just more tired. But, I will keep looking for my second wind. :)

Keep loading up on those calories. You'll feel better tomorrow when you go to the gym and burn them all off!

Thorton, no gym on Saturday or Sunday. Those are recovery days from Friday and Saturday night. While tired, my body is thanking me for working out. I started working out in the early 80s, and this was my longest break. I guess I am addicted. :)

By joining a gym do you mean you got a job? By working out do you mean pushing pencils and pulling files?

Yes sir! Just worked out a bit with 20 lb dumbbells, finished beer 5, and smoked some preventative medicine. Thanks. :)

Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant
