Just FYI. No Affiliation.
Found this High Resolution Player online. It seems to be very cool. I installed on my music server, it will read my music folder and then all the control is done on the phone or tablet.
I am running on Android 6.0 on the Onkyo Grandbeat (DP-CMX1) and it works great. I tried on my S8+ with Android 9 but it will crash.

I have a small Intel NUC computer and sorry is called Music Server on my network. The Hysolid just reads the folder that have all the music files.
But I do run Plex but mostly for video.
