Sign-in Difficulties?

Any of you guys having difficulty getting signed in and staying signed in?

Sometimes I can sign in just fine. Other times I sign in, looks successful, but then it shows I'm not logged on. I can sign on a few more times and it'll eventually stick.

I thought @BlueFox posted an issue like this before, but can't find it.
I disabled signatures.

Yes, been noticing this as well. Sometimes have to log in 4 or 5 or MORE consecutive times before it actually lets me log in. Pretty frustrating. I'm using Firefox.

It has been working okay for me at home on both an iPad Mini, and a full size iPad. It also works okay on my work PC running Windows 7 and IE11.

There does seem to be a problem. On my desktop PC w/Win.7 using Chrome browser, I can log in, but if I immediately click recent discussions, I get logged off and have to log back in. I repeated this several times and it keeps logging me off. Tried to post this three times now, it's says "I do not have permission to do that" as it had logged me off while I'm typing my post. EDIT: I copied this post from Chrome and tried it in IE 11 and it worked.

Before I was having a problem with my iPad, but one of the last things Ken did before he left was escalate that issue. I suspect at some point a new problem will occur, but no one will fix it.

What's weird is I never had any issues when you were having them.

It's a Vanilla-y sorta kind & gentle way of letting us know that our services are no longer required.

I posted something when I was having trouble a couple months ago. Wouldn't stay logged in, when I tried to log back in, got a weird little login box with an X on it, and nothing more.

Eventually, it just went away and i haven't had any <knocks on wood> trouble since.

Now that brings us to Emmisgee and Clitpat, these two unwashed audiophiles got banned in 2014 for debating cables ad nauseam. But instead of their accounts being locked out, a glitch in Vanilla allowed them to keep logging in and posting. So, we fixed the glitch.

So their accounts have been deleted?

Well just a second there professor. We "fixed the glitch". So when they attempt to log in, it'll simply refresh the page and force them to try again, and again, and again. Eventually it'll just work itself out naturally and they'll go away. We always like to avoid confrontation whenever possible. Problem solved from your end!

Four tries before it worked using Chrome.
Usually takes two when it doesn't work the first time...
