Polk5000 with subwoofer and FR1 with sub

I have a Polk 5000 system with subwoofer. My sub un synced from the soundbar and the soundbar sync light doesn't go on when I tried to re sync the sub. The sub will flash green then go solid red. I also have a Polk FR1 system with sub. And I have to hold down the power on/off button when I turn it on. It doesn't turn on with the remote. It will turn off and do everything else.

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. With the 5000 bar try unplugging the AC power cords for both the sub and the bar. Set both on/off switches to off then wait a few minutes plug both AC cords in and switch on the on/off selectors. Hopefully this will reset the two units and they will lockup.
    It might be best to call Polk at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and they should send you a new remote for the FR1 problem.

    I have a FR1 soundbar with a wireless sub woofer. AM152136303
    I haven’t used it for awhile and am trying to set it up again.
    I can’t find the ac switch. I haven’t even had a beer yet! Where is it located?
