My remote stopped working a week after I opened my Command bar

Like the soundbar but can't do a thing with it because it offers no manual buttons for some reason and the remote just stopped working for no reason. The app is worthless as well. Why in the world would you not include control options on it.

    Sorry to see this. For whatever reason, there are a lot of first time posters having soundbar problems.
