    Earlier in the evening (when the moon was still bright and uneclipsed), I did try an old 200-600mm f/9.5 Zoom Nikkor @ 600 mm on my "DX" format D5000 DSLR body. :)

    This morning on the news I heard that a couple in Florida got ran over by a cop, because they were laying on the road while watching the moon! What?! Shakes head in disbelief! :smile:
