New amp for GXR104

I have 4 GXR104's and am looking for a new amp I am thinking about a Profile Clarus CL640 4-channels RMS is 75x4.
Peak is 150x4 I want good sound most of the time but hard bass some time. Is this a good amp or do you know a better one?
And latter I am going to replace my 6x9 and front dash speakers (old Pioneer 150w). With polk and will want a amp for them to. Am running a optamas 200w 2 channel that my son had setting around sounds ok but could better?
