How should I hook up my PSW108 sub?

Hi folks. So I recieved my PSW108 sub today. Looking to hook it up to my Sony STRDN 7.1 Amp. The Amp has 2 subwoofer outs. Do I go from one out to the left channel and the other out to the right of my sub? Or should I just use a single out to the left channel (or get a y adapter to split it). I’m pretty new to this so just want to make sure I’m not going to blow up the sub or something if I use both outs from the amp!

Isn't that actually a 7.2 receiver? The .2 indicates the number of subwoofer output connections.
Just run a subwoofer cable from one of the sub outs to either of the line inputs on the subwoofer. You can use a splitter if you want, some say it helps a little, but you don't need one.
