Gee pictures would help a ton.
With the description I'd lean to monitor 5
  • Im not very familiar with how to get a picture in to this conversation
  • My guess would be a Monitor 5.ko1y8sgsn11o.jpg
HT Optoma HD25 LV on 80" DIY Screen, Anthem MRX 300 Receiver, Pioneer Elite BDP 51FD Polk CS350LS, Polk SDA1C, Polk FX300, Polk RT55, Dual EBS Adire Shiva 320watt tuned to 17hz, ICs-DIY Twisted Prs, Speaker-Raymond Cable

    2 Channel Thorens TD 318 Grado ZF1, SACD/CD Marantz 8260, Soundstream/Krell DAC1, Audio Mirror PP1, Odyssey Stratos, ADS L-1290, ICs-DIY Twisted , Speaker-Raymond Cable
  • Yes they are monitor 5 series. But unlike the picture that was just sent, the enclosure are cheaper looking, more like a photo finish coating on the speaker boxes themselves
  • They also have silver coil tweeter, a 6-1/2” mid range , and a 8” woofer
  • This is the first time I have ever used this form of communication and I’m having a hard time figuring how to read the answers I’m getting
  • Wow frustrating not knowing how to communicate. I keep getting a notification saying make sure I accept or reject answers, but don’t know how to accept them
  • Just trying to figure out if they are worth much money

What's that got to do with anything? RD-0194, recap and new resistors, and they will out perform many newer, more expensive speakers.
