I feel the new garage should be angled more toward your property line and set back a little further, giving more driveway room for your front garage.

Thereby also giving a wider view of your Park-like setting of a back yard, from your kitchen sink while doing dishes or just looking out through that window's leftward view.

Yep we thought about that. The left window will be obscured now, that corner of the property is on a hill, so the further back the garage, we'd have to fill it in to lay the foundation. And the breezeway would get much larger too.

Like everything, balancing requirements, somethings's gotta give. But, I'll have windows in the garage, so I'll have a great view!
