TL1600 Subwoofer problem

Recently, my TL1600 Subwoofer amplifier stops working. The problem is (i quess) the transformer. Can u please give me the amplifier schematics so that i can fix it

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum, sorry you're having a problem. In all likelihood there's a problem with the bass amplifier, probably not the transformer however. Are you able to contact Polk's CS department via telephone? If so, 1-800-377-7655 select option 1
    would be the first place to begin.

    Yes just bought PT250 kicker. Has amp built in. Having problem with it kicking off when trying to play back door speakers. I have to fade to the front when playing around 20% volume on factory deck. 2012 dodge ram 1500 quad cab.
