I felt that way with my first similar setup. M30s and a psw10 with a denon receiver. Sometimes us forum folks forgot just how little it takes to absolutely crush most people's sound "system"...

WTG glad you could help B)

I was able to setup a old friend at work with some Monitor 10's & a Peachtree integrated amplifier and Marantz CD player. He is on Cloud 9 and he keeps getting in trouble for wanting to listen to 2 channel music with all his free time :)

I loaded him up with lots of music, and he hadn't really listen to good 2 channel music before, so he is in Heaven!

now that I got a nice 2 channel system, its been awesome to go back thru all my favorite albums and revisit some old friends and I'm have been amazed and shocked at what I am now hearing as I don't remember it sounding that good or hearing that in a song etc...

but then it hasn't ever been that good as I never had a system like this :) it is like once you get a Blu-ray player you want to re watched all your favorite movies.

I just helped a friend who is 40 and never had surround sound, with a setup of a Yamaha RX-V675, RT800 fronts and RT600 surrounds, a CS400 center and two Polk subs. I managed to do the whole setup for him for about $400.

He's completely blown away by the sound.
