You want a custom stand for that gear just sitting on the floor? I can build you one for about $400
When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

Did a quick recording with my Smart phone, using a TASCAM DR-05 mic to pick up the sound better, not sure why the sound goes thin at times but not bad. https://youtu.be/ltKAAbQzfnQ

All right, so here it is... sunroom by day, HT at night. 3 RTi10 under the 120" screen up front, plus 2 RTi4 presence speakers, a PSW-505, and a Sunfire SDS-12 (hidden in the right corner). You can understand why a traditional center wouldn't work for me in this situation. Ideally, one would want a little more separation between the L&R towers, but... aesthetics. In any case, the front stage is great! The presence speakers serve two roles - they widen the stage, and they "lift" the dialog toward the center of the screen (Yamaha AVR feature - it really works!).a0xkkixignvr.jpg
    1 of the FXi3 surroundsjjlrkz6ieuib.jpg
In back, behind the Panny PJ, 2 more RTi4

My cabinet - actually 2 Ikea cabinets stacked. They caught my eye one day, because they resembled the styling of the RTi series.o5dshscs93ri.jpgowpd1prxb4ph.jpg

    It's fiction. Fiction.

    ;)

Actually I feel like I should have a pair of some flavor of Polk SDAs, you know, just 'cause. Solidarity and all that. Heck, I mean, I have a pair of Monitor 9As. That's dedication ;)
... and sometimes I still feel wistful about passing along my purchased-new LF14.

That is a pretty room. "Pretty" in a manly way of course.
Like, I dunno, Tom Brady. Or The Rock or somebody.

Thanks - I appreciate the sentiment! I actually built it entirely* by myself, and it quickly became the favorite room in the house. I'm quite proud of it. :)

    * With two exceptions - 1) I needed help lifting the two French doors 10' off the ground, and 2) I paid someone to shingle the roof.

Nice space. Get a handrail before you drink too many, geez.

Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant
