Polk S35 vs CS10 center channel.

I currently have a CS10 center channel and was wondering if the S35 center is worth the upgrade.

I just made this upgrade myself and it's a nominal difference. I wouldn't say it's worth it. I'm now looking at getting the CSIA6 to match my RTIA9 towers. Hopefully then I'll be able to notice a difference.

The S35 is a nice speaker. I do like the S30 better. I'd take either over a CS10. A lot also depends on how much power you're giving it. An entry level AVR don't know if there will be a said improvement.

CSiA6 is a beast of a center. give it some power and it's awesome.
When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

  • I changed from CS10 to the S35. Not much if any change in sound. I made the change because the S35 was not as tall and would not block my TV screen.
