    Guys, I need the funds to pay for my other audio purchase. I already sent several PMs both Toxis & Phoneisbusy, and they read it, but they have not made firm commitment. Is it proper etiquette to sell it to Sami, who next in line?

    IMO...

    If you've got cash waiting' in line that you need, give #1 and #2 a day to firm up their commitment (the proverbial, "**** or get off the pot") or step aside...

    Shorter is unfair to them, but longer is unfair to you and #3...

    Phoneisbusy indicated on his previous PM, that if I received a firm commitment, then go for it. I'm still waiting to hear back from Toxix.

    As already stated, I am interested but was waiting til today to know if the funds would be there. I was not expecting to pay tags/taxes on my car and THEN i get a great price on a killer amp. I'll put it this way, I can PayPal you the money Tuesday afternoon if you can wait a few days. I WILL have the money and will pay then, otherwise, it's up to you. If you need the money a few days earlier, go ahead and sell to someone who has the money in hand. I will not be upset but again, I will buy if you can wait til tuesday to get paid. Let me know. Ball's in your court.

    Can you use a Credit Card via PP and make everybody happy? (assuning kt accepts credit cards...)...

    he already told me he can't do CC via PayPal. Otherwise I would've done that. But again, no hard feelings if he passes me up. I could use it right now but I don't even have my home theater right now or will for a while. I was just going to use it for my DJ setup downstairs. I can wait for an Adcom or something.

    well pay-pal takes 4 business days to clear to your checking account, and a money order would take 3-4 days :)
    But ya gotta do what ya gotta do, I understand that.. I have a pay-pal debit card so i can spend it right away..
