W4S SX-1000 half dead

Bought two of these amps second hand and run them 24/7 at low volumes. The other day one of them produced a muffled sound through my polk SDA SRA 1.2tl (heavy mods).
Switch speaker cables around and isolated it to the one mono block.
Never really pushed them hard but enjoyed their sound and low power consumption.
Any else with W4S have any problems?!? Also noticed W4S is not carrying the SX-1000
