TSx220B blown?

I own a pair of TSx220B and my left speaker driver is fairly static and sounds horrible, the tweeter sounds fine though. My right one seems fine, I would really love to be able to get this fixed, and I'm wondering if somehow I can get a driver or send it in and pay and get it fixed or something.
