How long have we waited?!? It's been almost unbearable!! But today the wait is over..............FOOTBALL!!!

A full Sunday of Football!! We're going to see the Bronco's v. Chiefs game in Denver today and I'm so fired up! this will be my kids first time at an NFL game and they are just as excited as I am.

Let's hear it fellas. What are your plans for Game Day?

    Yes and the HD receiver came in Friday, just in time. Just did a local scan and picking all signals around 80-90% on rabbit ears. Its gonna be a grand ol day!

    nothing planned for this week but watching on tv, next week friday) i will be flying out to San Diego for the weekend and will be catching the Jets/Chargers game. looking forward to it, i've been to football games (Jets and Giants), but never at an away game. I wonder how hostile the San Diego fans are? at least being 6' tall and 320 lbs will help me a least a little bit :D

    It was a great game. You should have been there when Eddie Kennison(sp?) came out on the field. He was boo'd BIG TIME! Not a lot of love left in Denver for that ****. Don't be surprised if he bails on KC too.

    Gotta hand it to the Chiefs, they were in it from the word Go and really played well.

    Great game but the Chiefs were outclassed. My favorite game to date was NE's victory over the Colts. The Colts are a force IMHO though...

    Yep, it was a damn good game (Colts/Pats).

    The biggest upset had to be The Ravens getting spanked like a red-assed monkey! Whodathunkit!!

    Hell even the Skins came out swinging. Not alot of points, but a win is a win is a win.

    Hey Frank,

    Who says that 5'7" guys like Quentin Griffin can't play in the NFL?

    I always loved watching him cut through the huge 300+ pound guys when he was at OU. I really believe that he is small enough to hide behind the line somewhat and be blind to the defense until he is already underway and then its too late.

    QG did have some great runs during the game, but I worry about the little guy.:D I can't understand how a guy his size can get slammed by a 300+ pound defensive animal, get up and do it again! Amazing. He can probably run faster scared than they can mad!!

    I'm trashed, listening to my favorite tunes, comparing electronics, and ensuring those whom I respect won't be offended in any way.

    720P looks better to me??? I'm not sure if thats should be correct. Can, will, would someone please help me;)

    I agree, 720P does look better for sports or scenes with a lot of action. 1080i seems to show more pixalization and artifacts than 720 during rapid action/motion scenes. Don't get me wrong, CBS-HD games are incredible, but ESPN's games look a lot better. Can't comment on ABC's MNF, my local ABC station is run by an idiot that still drives to work in a covered wagon.

    Cant say much about 720p since the new tv doesnt have it but 1080i in 16x9 sure looks steller to me. ABC and Fox have a kick **** signal. CBS signal was strong but looked like **** IMO.
