Blinking green "LINK" light

I've owned my Polk Audio Surroundbar 4000 now for a year and a half and have never had problems with it till now. Last night my subwoofer started making loud a popping/thumping noise, and today it doesn't work at all. I've tried shutting the soundbar and the subwoofer off and reconnecting it on all 4 channels but still get the blinking green "LINK" light on the sub. Very disappointing since we hardly have used it. Not sure what else to try? Help!

    Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry there's a problem. The first place to begin solving it would be to contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 or via email to: polkcs@polkaucio.com. Since you seem to be within the warranty period have the unit's serial number and place and date of purchase handy when you contact them.
