Polyfill inside Monitors 5b

I have noticed, on my set ithe polyester fiber is placed behind the tweeter and it stops before the mid woofer. is there any directions or correct procedure to install the polyfill in M5b?

    Here's a pic of the polyfill in my monitor 5's. Use a staple gun to tack the poly above the passive cut out.dgetdjz912tb.jpg

    Should the polyfill be evenly distributed, compressed against the back or compressed against drivers?
