Bit the bullet and ordered it a few days ago. received my first movies yesterday.

So far it looks to be a good company.

Is there any negatives that anyone has experinced over the years (infantile years) with them?

All I know is I hope this works out, and that i have paid my last late fee with Bumble Buster.

    Hello,
I've used Netflix for close to a year and have had excellent results. I had a disc that was cracked in half and they sent a replacement in two days. Great selection, lots of classic movies good search data base. Recommend it highly! Micah turned me on to it.

I've been a member of netflix for about a year and half and highly recomend them.I watch an average of 2-3movies a week and never had any problems with the discs or account. The movie turn around is pretty fast ,I put them in the mail monday and the new ones arrive by thursday but that may vary from where you live.My advise to you is to go to blockbustervideo.com, find the new releases then go back to netflix ,do a search on the movie or movies and add them to your rental que,for some reason they don't list the newest releases on their list, but when you do a search on a movie thats not listed on their webpage or that's not released yet it still comes up from their library.

I did a trial run with NetFlix and enjoyed every minute of it - great company/service; just didn't continue it because of other financial priorities.

Just joined Netflix and I'm loving it. They have an office here in Milwaukee so it only takes 1 day to get a movie and 1 day to get a movie back to them and get the new ones out. It's smooth like butter! :)

We did Netflix for a few months and enjoyed it very much. There were a lot of movies that I just couldn't find at Blockbuster, and didn't want to buy.

We dropped them for finances too, but we plan to get back into it in a few more months.

Service was great and I only had one cracked disc out of about 50.

I don't know if you guys are talking about online Blockbuster, but they started a 'Netflix' program which cost 17 bucks a month with instore priviliges, my girlfriend liked it enough.

Roughly $19 a month for 3 DVDs at a time. There are other plans where you can get more or less DVDs at a time for more or less money.

Considered Netflix at $20 per month... then they went up to $23... now back down to $18...

And now BlockBuster mail service is going for $15 and they're including 2 free store rentals per month...

I'd say the competition is heating up...
    More later,
