Need a Wi-Fi extender

My daughter is moving to her bf's place and the parents have wi-fi but it's in another house that is about 50 yds away. Anythingout there worth the $$ that will get her a signal?

I was wondering the same thing....we will be moving our wifi modem to the basement.....but I would like an extender/ second modem on the second floor, since I already have a cable run.

I have Netgear 2 Range extenders in my house doing just that very well.

We use a Crystalview router/repeater in our house.
The actual cable modern and primary wifi router are upstairs, but most of my laptop time is downstairs in the kitchen - complete opposite side of the house.
We tried the Crystalview and have gotten good results.
H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music. -

Just run a 50 yard Ethernet cable to the other house, done! and use it as a clothes line.
