Are my headphones defective? All the reviews said the sounds hit hard and details pop. But the best I can Compare the sound of my 4shots to is listening to a high quality version of crt tv speakers

Welcome to Polk's forum. What are you connecting the headphones to? Can you try connecting them to a different source and see how they sound?
