Well I hate to see them go, but I have a new pair of speakers coming at the end of the month so got to make room. These are in good shape with a few nicks but nothing major. Trey gave these the once over and the following mods have been completed.

Tweeter network
Mundorf Mox Resistors
Clarity Cap PX

Midbass Network -
Solen PB400v

I also applied some Sonic Barrier to the cabinets and Dynamat the drivers. Trey also wanted to try something different and we did the fortress plate on the back which can be seen in this thread.

    Wow. That's a great deal for all the work you've put in to these. I'm sure they sound amazing. I love my recapped Polk 7As and the recap components don't come close to this!

    FYI I will be attending the Axpona show at the end of the month in Chicago if somone wanted to meet up and take these off my hands. Most likely hitting the show on Friday but nothing is set in stone.

    When the 5B is modded it becomes a simply amazing speaker. Hopefully someone can work something out to pick these up. I will probably never part with my modded 5B's. It would be a shame if these left the Polk family.
