I looked for a local place to listen to them but havnt found anything. .. my main concern is music listening. I want clarity and quality. whos had the pleasure of listening to both of these. what is you guys take on the rti a9 for music.

I would go ahead and get the A9's for that price, you could always sell them for more than that. 280 each is a great price.Home Theater

I foresee a hoarding problem a year from now l, I like your statement though . I'll probably pull the trigger on the a9 and if I don't like them just sale them and make a profit .Yamaha V1800 receiver along with a NAD 2600a and 2700a .

The 15's and 11's are great speakers for extra parts for SDA's, I have owned both, and never cared for them, and I love the look of the 15tl's.. But I hate to say it, I gutted them..
I always thought they sounded bloated or something like that....
Now my RTiA9's are here to stay for awhile.... -

It's a late 80s jvc , it actually does a great job powering them but it's a 2 channel amp and I've been wanting to add a center Chanel speaker so I'll have to upgrade soon.Yamaha V1800 receiver along with a NAD 2600a and 2700a .

If you have the space consider a Rotel 985 as a 3 channel amp, I do! (check my sig, prev post) Cranks out a decent quality, fairly robust (all channels driven) 100 WPC into 8 ohms, 160 into 4 ohms. Then "move" the JVC to rear/surround chores. Look on Ebay* or A'gon -- mine was under $300* shipped.Dropthebeat wrote: »...but it's a 2 channel amp and I've been wanting to add a center Chanel speaker so I'll have to upgrade soon.Samsung 60" QN65Q7FAMFXZA QLED, Outlaw Audio 976 Pre/Pro, Samsung BDP, Amazon Firestick, Phillips CD Changer
