Bluetooth module for our headphones

Hey everyone! I am trying to scour the web to see if anyone has found a small BT module that you can plug into our 2.5mm stereo jack that connects to our BT equipped phones / audio players to make corded phones wireless? I only ask this because just the other day I ran into Bose's new BT headphones that had a small module plugged into the side of them that gave them BT capability. I've often thought about this because I always lose my headphone cable from wrapping them up and not as concerned about the minor compression through A2DP while on a flight due to background noise as I am losing cords on planes.

Anything you find would be great and thanks in advance!

There are a bunch showing up on the market these days but I don't know about their quality.
