I found a stash of the famous Ei 12AX7 gold pin tubes, which I no longer need. I have 3 pair in the boxes marked, "Tested new 6/12/10" Selling in pairs.
Looking for $80.00 a pair plus $6.95 USPS Priority shipping.
I also found an NOS pair of Ei 12AX7 gray plates, standard pins. These are from Upscale Audio with the test results on a label, matched, balanced and passed for microphonics. Noted as, "Tested new 6/12/10"

BTW, what color are the plates on the gold pin Ei's?
