FS very nice Yamaha CR 820 stereo receiver from 1977. This is not some garage sale or estate item. The CR820 is rated at 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 60 into 4 ohms. It can run two sets of headphones and two sets of speakers. The CR 820 has inputs for 2 turntables, 2 tape decks and aux. Other controls include, high and subsonic filters, audio muting, AM/FM selector, mono stereo, variable loudness, bass, midrange, and treble. The receiver has an excellent AM/FM tuner section featuring Yamaha's OTS system.
The receiver is in excellent shape and everything works as it should including the lights. It needs nothing. The faceplate is excellent. The wrap around wood case is in reall nice shape with a few small inperfections on the edge and I mean small. It is a 8.5 out of 10. All in all a very nice example that is ready to go. Check my feedback Asking $139 for Polkies Thanks

Nice receiver is the CR-820...

I'm currently running the FM on the CR-800 with a set of RSL 40s--very very nice and clean, full range, dare I say "balanced" sound!
The CR-820 was the next iteration, more or less the same power, a tad lighter in weight but still a classic. You won't be disappointed. Slap some vintage Polk Monitors on it, or some larger ADS bookshelves!
GLWTS!
