I have a Maverick Audio Tube Magic D1 tube pre and dac.

It has the upgraded GE tube in it.

Op amps are still original

Excellent Condition

    Hmm....thinking hard on this one. Can you give me a little insight as to the sound characteristics ?

    The solid state pre out is not to great

    I bought to add some tube warmth to my 2 channel system and it does that.

    It has a decent DAC, but the opamps are upgradable from Maverick.

    I did not use the DAC because the opamps in my CD player are pretty good.

    There all kinds of reviews on it if you do a google search, as far as guys rolling different kinds of tubes into it and such

    At full retail price it has some stuff competition, at the asking price here there's really nothing that compares. It actually has a decent headphone section as well, again without much competition at this price.

    I used for about a year or so and then began to have problems with my Adcom 545II

    So as of now I have taken up another hobby and have decided to jump the audio ship
