psw650 problem

i own the psw650.
have to say its nothing short of remarkable. i am having some problems. wanting to know if anyone out there has had similar
dealings.
my auto-power on the sub does not work. it will power off after
15 minutes even during a movie.
also, i hear a noise (pink noise) coming through the sub when the entire system is off. even the receiver. i know the internal amp is running, but there should not be any noises.
help please!!!

    shane cant help you out with your questions sorry ,but i also have the psw 650 ordered how do you like the sound and what avr are you using to run it,how do you have your speakers set

    i have 2 psw-650 i have no noise the sub stays on though all of the movies. you mite have a ground loop hum. if your signal is not stransmitting to the sub from your receiver, your sub will trun off in that case, check your connections & wires. once on mine sone one steped on my interconnect from lfe and bent the rca plug and it had a hum and it went off premature it was a bad connection.

    cs-350 ls rear center
    2 energy take 5, efects
    2- psw-650 , subs
    1- 15" audiosource sub

    Sometimes, at very, very low volumes... the 650 shuts itself off.
    I've had my autoshutoff hang on once or twice. Not very often though. It works reasonably well.

    some movies go a long of a time before the lfe signal is used on low frequency, more than 15 min. and it will shut off but it will come back on as soon as the signal dose.

    i have a sony ga7es
    have rt16 for front
    cs-350 for center
    rt/fx for surround
    the sub ia amazing despite the few quirks.
