Just got an old set of Genesis 210 Speakers, Have some older Kenwood mono amps im going to hook up to them, Need some idea's on these speakers and amps paired with a pre amp. Something not too outrageous. But a good bang for the buck. Any input?
B&W CM10 Mains, Monitor 40 Surrounds, B&W Cm Centre, PSW 125 sub/ CV 10" sub, Marantz 7701 Processor, Carver M4.0T, Carver 705x 5 channel, 60'' Sharp LED, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Sonos, and of course my trusty laptop for hi res ( for now)

Check your local used market. There are a lot of older used pre-amp in the $200 range.
As for your speakers and amps, sorry, I have no experience with them. Hopefully someone knows something about them. -

You don't give a specific preamp budget, but a Kenwood Basic C-2 would go great with that system. The C-2 is a well regarded vintage budget preamp.
