I have an Alpine CDA7875 deck fed to an Alpine MRV-1507 amp running 2 MM120 subs in an enclosed .88 box 3/4 MDF, as suggested by Polk. These are bridged @ 2 ohm.
I am having trouble with distortion from the subs if I turn the gain up past 10%.
First, does anyone know if the switches on this amp should be on 3-4 for stereo or set to mono?
The sound is clear at 10%, but I don't get very much bass. Any ideas?

    Kim,
Thanks, I'll try changing to mono and check the sub polarity. I did reverse them before and sound improved, but didn't check them individually.
I am using an alpine MRV-F407 to run the front and rear speakers. I have the high pass filter set to 80, same as the low pass on the sub amp.
Do you use this setup in one of your polk vehicles? I seem to remember something from past posts.
    Thanks again...
