Curious about the Member Sales Rating below userIDs. What does that figure signify?

    Positive sales transactions.........but the system has been broken since the last upgrade of the vB software, about 2 years now.

    Off the topic ... but related to the For Sale section of the forum:

    I see that many sellers don't even show there asking price for am item.

    I also belong to the 'Corvette Forum', and they won't let you post something for sale if you don't show what your asking price is (for good reason).

    I am suprised the owners of this board allow someone to post without an asking price.

    EDIT: Come to think about it ... maybe it was on the AVS Forum that so many don't state the asking price

    Read the rules for selling. Posting a price IS required...

    Ken - the 'old' forum may have had the rules, but I'm looking now at the sticky rules and don't see anything about requiring prices...along with 'feelers' (never really liked the idea of fishing for prices via a feeler post).

    Maybe a mod should update the stickies.

    [edit] found it - but its the yellow highlighted 'announcement' above the stickies. It doesn't 'pop out' like a true sticky would....imo of course.

    H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

    They need the option available that lets you delete your post too within a certain period of time. Most other message boards have it.

    Another suggestion is since member sales rating doesn't work and maybe difficult to repair is starting a new sticky to post positive sales transactions...just an idea
