Hello I have 2 12 inch kicker subs wired at 2 ohms and just bought a POLK AUDIO AMP PA880 MONO BLOCK AMPLIFIER 2CH 800 WATTS How should I wire the speakers to the amp? Just run + and - to one channel or both + and - to both channels or bridge the connection? My subs are in a box and has just one connection on the outside marked 2 ohms.

there's no such thing as a 2ch monoblock. You cannot bridge a monoblock.

There are two sets of terminals for easily wiring 2 subwoofers to the amp. However, they are internally connected. So just connect your one connection from the box straight to one of the negatives/positives. Doesn't matter which.
