normal vs truck box

I have a yukon but need my back floor space for equipment. I ordered the truck style box instead of normal square but both are .65cu. The speakers are infinity 10.1d 10" subs, is this ok or should I send the boxes back.

This is the recommended size, I just wasn't sure if the sound from a truck style box is inferior?
