new surroundbar 3000 issue

After 10 15 min of having sound bar on ~ i start getting popping noise coming from sub ~initially thought it was from wireless router however still does it when I unplugged my router. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Try setting the "channel selector" on both the bar and the sub to one of the higher settings, #3 or #4. That should solve the problem.

Have had both set to #4 setting when this happened
