SONOS Support...Fantastic!!!!!

As you all know I simply love my SONOS music system. From day one, not so much as a hiccup in it's operation. Quite simple in fact. Fast forward to last night...I couldn't access my music library for some reason. The other channels worked fine (Rhapsody, SiriusXM, etc.) I was stumped & not being a computer guy couldn't figure it out but I assumed that my computer wasn't talking to the SONOS. Not a big deal because I still had plenty of music on hand. So this morning I called SONOS & got right thru to one of their support techs. I explained the problem & he proceeded to start talking tech talk to me...I politely explained my non computer savy & he had a nice chuckle as I did. So he says not a problem & thru his remote access he took over my computer & had the issue resolved in about 2 minutes! He explained what had happened (not that I understood) & said in the future if any other problems arise simply call them & they will take care of it. Now that's what I call service.

I have used their customer support a few times, from switching internet services, routers, and such. Both online and on the phone and everytime they have been steller. Kudos to those guys over there.

That type of exceptional customer service really makes the difference as far as a product line goes. Just knowing that they have your back covered is icing on the cake. Great product, great CS...other companies should be as good.

I detect a slight upturned nose at the Squeezebox in this post and it's perceived lack of support, which isn't true because they have CS number as well. We all know you love your Sonos Phil, moreso than the Squeezebox.:mrgreen::razz:

Yes, it's Friday and I am poking a little fun and busting your balls a bit! So please don't take offense.

Good heavens Brock, no offense what so ever. I wasn't trying to dish the CS support of Squeezebox, because to be quite honest I haven't a clue about their CS. But from your response I will give Kudos to both companies. Both are excellent products that have a great CS & backup when needed.

No evil intent was meant towards SB H9, just a simple shout out to good customer service in the same fashion we throw out praise to POLK's CS people.

Now if busting balls is the theme for this glorious friday, march on.

Really, no malicious intent on my part. Just a little friendly ball bustin'. If I stepped over the line, I apologize, just a little Friday morning sarcasm.
