A few weeks ago I started to stream Pandora through my iPad 2 via Airport Express (AirPlay), that is linked to Marantz AV8003 via optical. I enabled HD in the Pandora setting on the iPad, and created several custom radio (i.e. Joe Sample radio, and others). Boy, I've been so impressed with the quality: bass is tight, channel separation is very good, vocal is nice and clean. Who knew that streaming through Pandora would enabled me to try out so many new artists that otherwise I would not have stumbled into.
Excellent technological progress!

I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

When you say Hd does that mean you pay for the pandora?
I do agree about finding new artists through pandora .My taste in music has expanded tenfold -
I agree with the discovery, which is the idea of Pandora. I found a setting on my phone to switch high quality on or off. Thanks for the heads up, mine was off. For better music I still stream flac from my computer but the phone is convenient when I'm entertaining and not watching a playlist. The pay version keeps the ads to a minimum.Polk Audio SDA CRS+ crossover 4.1TL by Trey/VR3 (Rings and custom stand by Larry)-Polk Audio SDA SRS2 crossovers by Trey/VR3Parasound HCA1500aYamaha rxa-3070 with musicast-Celestion SL6S presence,- sl9 surround backNHTsuper1's surroundMagnepan SMGParasound 1500pre- Sofia "Baby" tube amp - Monitor Audio Silver RX2 Marantz 2230/B&Kst140Technics 1200mk2 Gamertag: IslandBerserker I am but a infinitesimally small point meeting the line of infinity in the SDA universe
