We all know I'm not a huge fan of the 70's, but stopped in Circuit City today just for grins.

1 pair RTi70's black marked $119 each.

1 RTi70 black marked $109 each - I asked the store clerk if they had the other one, she looked it up and said they did.

Anyway, there ya go, go get em. CC just behind the Galleria at Alpha / Tollroad.

Cheers,
Russ

Sorry, but I can't help. I've got way too much on my plate to hassle with getting the boxes, inserts, etc etc - so it would be done right.

Maybe someone else can assist. Seeing as the weekend is approaching, I'm sure they will be snatched up pretty quick.

    Cheers,
    Russ

The pair is in the 'front' demo room, next to the TV's. The single is in the back demo room.

Yesterday, I exchanged my RTI100 with the last NIB RTI70 at Woodlands, TX Circuit City. Price displays 199 but actual price in computer is $149 for new. My RTI100 was $171 when I bought 5 months ago, but store manager let me exchange and got back $40 back. 70 sounds better than 100. So Woodlands CC still have 1 pair 70 open box and 1 pair 100 that I returnded. Also in Collage Station, TX CC still have 1 pair 70 open box. You can PM Dallas price in these stores or asked store manager to cut a deal, Woodland store manager is Derrick and he gave me good deal when I bought RTI100 5 months ago. Go check it out. I like my new RTI70 sound very much.

Thanks for the info. I went in there yesterday, thinking they would surely be gone by now but there they were. I got the pair on audio room. Did any of you guys get them as you said you would? If not, was there a reason other than not having the time to go there?

These are a replacement for Infinity RS5's and they definately sound better, much more clearer and a little more bass (though I don't need it that much with a SVS 16-46PCi sitting in the corner). RS5's were switched to surround and the previous surround Yamaha's to rear surround now that I have a new 7.1 receiver (H/K AVR7200).

Under $260 a pair after tax, hard to beat that price although I did like the RTi8's better.
