Enjoyed my time with these, but have gone bigger and no longer have a place for them. They are the original matte black finish, work perfectly, and have a little over 4 years left on the warranty. One was purchased in October 2010 and has just slight wear from use. The second was purchased in December 2010 and has similar slight wear plus a small separation of the vinyl on the back.

I have the Ultra 12, and really like it. I use it to fill in the very bottom with my 2.3TL's, mainly because my room doesn't allow ideal placement for bass reinforcement.

I know Emotiva gets bashed around here, but the quality of mine is quite good. (so far) - have had it since December 2010.

    GLWTS!
