Speaker wires next to power cord

I planning on running speaker wires and power cord along the wall inside a raceway. Will encounter any problems like AC hum if I do it?

    Options
    Best to keep them separated and if they do need to touch, try to make them connect at 90 degree angles. Running them parallel can create distortions.
