I want to share this picture of my first tube system. I picked up this Dynaco ST-70 and some additional gear to go with the amp. Pictures shows the ST-70,PAS preamp,PAT4 preamp, Dynaco tuner and the Dynaco Quadaptor. I really like the sound of this little amp and now wonder why I bought so much solid state gear.

Looks to be AF-6... I have a nice (looking) AF-6 but the AM is, unfortunately, dysfunctional. Too bad, as the AM section in these is supposed to be quite good.

EDIT: I made a wisecrack about the PAT-4 but thought better of it :-P

I don't mind wisecracks, nice call on the AF-6.

you do need a Dynaco amplifier, you know? :-)

EDIT: The Hafler "Dynaquad" is simple but effective; have you ever tried it/used it?

I haven't used the Dynaquad yet, when I first got it I thought it was a joke. I looked it up and sure enough it's for real. The cool part with this purchase, I bought 1000 tubes. I will be testing and creating an inventory list for months.
